Project: Airmalta Customer Relations database
To develop an internal application that handles the customer care segment of the company.
The Customer Relations database is an internal system developed by Square Concept for Air Malta. The system is used to log all the customer complaints of the company, thus creating a comprehensive log which is used to improve the service offered by the airline.
The system was designed to incorporate different layouts and templates to make it accessible in separate locations and for people with different company backgrounds.
